境内学签申请（旅转学）STUDY PERMIT INSIDE CANADA

Only some people can apply for a study permit from inside Canada – you completed a short-term course or study program required to be accepted at a DLI.

持旅游签入境的访问者（Visitor默认逗留期为180天），在加拿大移民局（IRCC）指定的DLI学校完成短期课程，成绩达到后续专业课入学要求，且得到专业课的直接录取通知书，便达到在加拿大境内申请学签的资格。过程中并不需要提供任何的官方语言测试成绩。

Application after entry

215(1)A foreign national may apply for a study permit after entering Canada if they

(f)are a temporary resident who

(iii) has completed a course or program of study that is a prerequisite to their enrolling at a Designated Learning Institute(DLI).

根据加拿大移民条例（IRPR）Section 215(1)(f)(iii)条，旅游者通过在加拿大境内完成短期课程，达到后期DLI学校专业直录要求，可以在加拿大境内申请学签。
